Shanghai, November 26, 2021, JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd, (“JinkoSolar” or the “Company”) (NYSE: JKS), one of the largest and most innovative solar module manufacturers in the world, today has announced its collaboration with China’s petroleum giant Sinopec, which has built 18 solarized service station in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, powered by JinkoSolar’s high-efficiency dual glass bifacial solar panels. The rooftop solar systems at the Sinopec’s retail outlets are certified with Class A fire-proof thanks to the electric security design of JinkoSolar’s bifacial solution. It is a milestone in the Sinopec’s program to solarize certain of its service stations across the country, begun in late 2020. Work will accelerate in the coming year to equip more of Sinopec’s retail network stations with JinkoSolar’s next generation N-type Topcon module of higher-efficiency, higher rated power, higher bifacility, and optimized current to ensure more performance and reliability.
Sinopec is also solarizing production sites, such as plants and refineries, and office buildings. A number of projects to equip various plants or office buildings with JinkoSolar’s N-type Topcon bifacial panels have been identified.
